Sebastián Balbín

Sebastián Balbín is the Deputy Director of the Department of Business Law at Austral University. He holds a Law degree from the University of Buenos Aires, a Master’s in Business Law (Austral University), a Master’s in Business Administration (IDEA), a Master of Laws – LL.M. (Austral University), and a Doctorate in Law (Austral University). He is an Associate Professor of Corporate Law (Austral University). He is a Member of the Institute of Business Law of the National Academy of Law and Social Sciences, a Member of the Ibero-American Institute of Law and Finance (Expert Committee on Corporate Law), a Member of the LATAM Center for Corporate Studies, a Permanent Arbitrator of the Corporate Arbitration Commission (CAS – CEMARC), and an Arbitrator at the Court of Specialized Arbitration in Intellectual Property and New Technologies of the Bar Association of Córdoba. He is the Executive Co-Director of the Argentine Journal of Corporate Law (RADESO). He is also a Member of the Comprehensive Reform Commission for the Argentine Corporate Legal Framework (Resolution MJyDH 47/2024).
