Pamela Benzán Arbaje
Pamela Benzán Arbaje is a partner at Guzmán Ariza in Santo Domingo, advising domestic and international clients on corporate law, investments, and business restructuring in the Dominican Republic. She has been involved in some of the country’s most significant insolvency proceedings and coordinates the Business Restructuring Observatory of the Santo Domingo Chamber of Commerce and Production. She has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, financial transactions, and cross-border operations. Pamela has co-authored publications on M&A and restructuring in guides such as Lexology – Getting the Deal Through and Americas Restructuring Review. She holds a Master’s in Commercial Law from the University of Cambridge, an Executive Master in Business from INIDEM, and a Law degree summa cum laude from UNIBE. She has been recognized by The Legal 500 and is a member of the Dominican Bar Association.
