Pablo Sanz Bayón

Pablo Sanz Bayón is a Lecturer in Business Law at Pontificia Universidad Comillas de Madrid (ICADE). His main areas of research include corporate law, economic analysis of law, fintech and regtech. He has been a visiting researcher at several institutions, including the University of Cambridge, the University of Melbourne, the University of Sydney and the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law. He holds a law degree and PhD in law (with honors) from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas de Madrid. In 2015, he received a scholarship from the Fundación Rafael del Pino to attend a course in law and economics at Harvard Law School. He has lectured at various international institutions, including Kozminski University (Warsaw) and the University International of Business and Economics (Beijing). He has acted as a speaker on several national and international events, including the 2017 Legal Scholars Roundtable organized in Seul (Korea), the International Legal Informatics Symposium organized by the University of Salzburgo and the conference on “Corporate Governance: Ownership and control” organized by the University of La Sapienza in Rome.
