Founding partner of OV. He has more than eighteen (18) years of experience in financial practice and regulation, corporate governance and technology law. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Fundación Institucionalidad y Justicia Inc. (FINJUS). Past member of the Board of Directors of financial and fiduciary entities. Arbitrator of the Chamber of Commerce and Production of Santo Domingo. Consultant hired by the International Finance Corporation of the World Bank group for the first corporate governance report of the Dominican Republic (2013). National and international speaker on financial regulation and corporate governance.
