Juan Esteban Navas

Juan Esteban is a Cum Laude law graduate from Universidad San Francisco de Quito (2022) and holds a Master’s degree in Business Law from Universidad Andina Simón Bolívar, where he graduated top of his class (2025). He is currently a senior associate in the corporate practice at Naranjo Martínez, Subía & Hajj, where he focuses on commercial law, corporate governance, and M&A. Previously, he served as in-house counsel for a food manufacturing company, where he led the legal department, managing corporate, contractual, and regulatory matters. In academia, he has worked as an adjunct professor for courses in Corporate Governance, Theory of Obligations, and Theory of Legal Norms. Additionally, he has published specialized articles on corporate law and has been invited to serve as Academic Coordinator at events focused on this field.
