Guillermo Cabanellas
Guillermo Cabanellas is senior partner at DLA Piper Argentina. He is a member of the Center for Interdisciplinary Studies on Industrial and Economic Law of the Law School of the National University of Buenos Aires, and professor at the Universities of San Andrés, Austral Argentina and UCEMA, in Buenos Aires. He has been visiting professor at the Universities of Illinois, Loyola of Los Angeles and Miami, and research fellow at the Max Planck Institute, Munich. He holds law and economics degrees from the National University of Buenos Aires, and Master of Comparative Law and Juridical Science Doctor degrees from the University of Illinois. He is the author of more that sixty books and one hundred articles, specially in the fields of corporate law, intellectual property and legal dictionaries, published in Argentina, the U.S., Germany and other countries.
